Welcome to this cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located inside the Princess Royal Resort.
This ocean front building offers direct access to the beach and ocean, indoor pool, spa, sauna, body treatments/massage, arcade-game room, childcare-supervised activities, and the Schooner's oceanfront restaurant and bar.
This unit is also within walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and gift shops.
Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. Bluvistas supplies the unit with 6 sets of towels, sheets for the 2 queen beds and the queen sleeper sofa and 6 beach towels. Unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

Living room: - 1 sleeping sofa
Guest must check in at the Resort. Age requirement verified at check in. This unit is not managed by the Resort, so all requests for assistance must be through Bluvistas management. Charges to the room are not permitted, although you can bring food from the restaurant and bar to the room yourself. No smoking in the unit or in the building. Pets are not allowed. Linens are provided by Bluvistas, sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases, 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 6 wash cloths and 6 beach/pool towels. If our rate is not lower, we will beat the posted rates from the Princess Royal's Website on our direct site by 5% for comparable unit.
Please note, this is a hotel building. However, some of the condos are individually owned such as this unit.

Summary: We had a great stay in this unit, checking in took about 20 minutes but property owner replied to my messages quick and effectively and it was worked out. Unit is nice with towels and dishwasher. View of the pool and you can see the ocean out of the atrium window. Easy beach access and an outdoor beach bar. Pull out couch is a little uncomfortable. Great location in ocean city, they also have a large parking garage.
