Summary: My husband and our dog enjoyed the property for a short trip to Ocean Beach/San Diego from Las Vegas. The bed was comfortable. We were walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We had no luck with parking out front of the property, but found nearby street parking spots and when it came time to load up and leave, there was parking in the back alley. It was nice to have the fan, we would have died without it because it does get warm/stuffy in the space. If you're a light sleeper, you might find it difficult with the passing airplane noise overhead, but you'd likely hear that anywhere you stayed in OB.
