Positive: I think we were lucky with the room and had magic view from the balcony! There are some buildings in front so Im not sure if all rooms has the great view we had. But sit in the cafe / bar / go to the beach which is on the spot, and you will have unforgettable views. The bed was done every day and towels changed when required. Its a bit outdatet and old, but if thats not a problem its a perfect relaxed place. The only problem with this place is you might not want to leave. Beach just some steps away. Not for immobile people because of enought stairs. Super place. Also very close to the small island, the turtle spot, magic views in the morning and sunset. It is also not in Laganas and because you are like 5-10 min away which for us who wanted to relax was a big plus. You can buy breakfast in the cafe from 10:00, and there are also a tavern. Nice people. Thank you !
Negative: Just a bit outdated. The view and placement on the beach wayed up for that. If you need it to be new and modern you will be dissapointed. For us it didnt matter.
