Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Plenty of parking, friendly hosts, nice communal area with bar. Good amount of tea/coffee in room. Breakfast was lovely. Although I have a fair few things I didn’t like it’s a great place is you just need somewhere for the night (I personally wouldn’t want to stay longer than that). Very convenient location!
Negative: TV in room didn’t work (however I was only there 1 night and was out majorly of time) When I arrived all windows were open and there was only a small portable heater which was a bit temperamental in working. As others had mentioned decor is not the best, needs more outdoor lighting and some sort of light switch for hallways upstairs as I had to use a torch to get from my room to the Main Street.
Summary: Was good for one night, friendly hosts, good breakfast, but hotel itself isn’t great
