Summary: Location, location, location! This property is steps away from two of the major museums in Madrid, making it perfect for a quick trip to the city. It was, however, one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in with hardly room for our 3 suitcases. The room also featured a shower that would barely fit anyone who is a few pounds heavier than I am. The lack of anyone onsite to help with problems was a downside as well. We never received a check-in email that was sent to a rarely used email address that left us not knowing how to get into the property. Luckily we arrived when the cleaning staff was there to help us. Also we never got an answer to our request for an early check-in that we sent through the hotels.com app. Still it was relatively quiet, despite the shared common area and very convenient. The breakfast provided at extra cost was meager given the price, and I’d opt out of it if ever staying there again.
