Situated at the Northern Beaches peninsula “Dee Why – Curl Curl area ”, is one of the most fantastic locations to spend the summer. Just short walk to beautiful beaches and Dee Why cafes and restaurants and 10 min drive to major holiday spot Manly. Only decision you will need to make is what beach you would like to go to - Dee Why or Curl Curl or Freshwater… list go on and on.
This house offers you everything that you could possibly want from a holiday destination. Blessed with the views ranging from the Dee Why Beach and Lagoon through the Curl Curl Beach right up to the Manly.
You can relax with a coffee made in fully equipped large modern kitchen' overlooking tropical garden with the heated salt – water pool & spa, that lights up at the night with the different colours and trampoline for the kids.
As you walk in the front door you are greeted with a fantastic open living and dining room separated by a wonderful fireplace fully open to back terrace. The house has welcoming atmosphere to return to at the end of a day at the beach. Sleep in comfort in one of the five bedrooms thanks to the latest air-conditioning which will keep you cool during the hot summer days. Feel your worries drift away on the ocean breeze while you relax here.
The top level of the house has spectacular views virtually from every window. From two balconies that looks down over the swimming pool and towards Dee Why Beach and master bedroom to the other side with two bedroom overlooking Curl Curl beach towards Manly.

Fully equipped laundry and Office with 2 computers (one double screen) and printer if you need to catch up on some work - Wi-Fi.
Outdoor – BBQ kitchen with the fridge and tap. Dining area and two outdoor settings. Garden shower also available to wash the sand off on the way from the beach. Garden, with the large pool and trampoline two levels.
