Charming craftsman built by Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks in the 20s As a secret love nest. Large private bedroom and bath in trendy NoHo arts district. You have a private entrance and parking space. This is our primary residence so someone is usually around if needed.
We are walking distance to one of the trendiest areas in Los Angeles. Enjoy a movies, live performances, great restaurants and cool coffee shops, all within a short walk or even quicker Uber ride. Walking distance from the North Hollywood metro station and 1.5 miles from Universal studios. Two metro stops away from hollywood blvd. Saturday there is an adorable farmers market a short walk away or if you are looking for a huge farmers market, Hollywood’s Sunday market is a metro stop away.

Summary: I think this was our 4th stay at this conveniently located, this quiet in-law cottage is ideally near almost everything. Just a short drive to Universal City, Hollywood, Glendale. Not to mention all the fun in Toluca Lake and NoHo. We will be back!
