Positive: Location was great, it was nice place for my family to stay, very comfortable!
Negative: I received a notice that we had a noise complaint, when we did not make any excessive noise. I received 2 different notification. One telling me if we received another one we would have to leave the premises, the other message from Tamisha said the cops would called if there was another complaint. It is very upsetting to me that my family and I were accused of something we did not do, and after it was looked into, we were given a simple we apologize for the mistake, and asked if we had heard any loud noises around our cottage. I feel situations like that should be dealt with in a better manner. So it doesn't happen to anyone else.
