The farmhouse has been renovated and updated, and is located in a quiet position on top of a hill. It is 15 km away from the center of Siena, 80 km from the center of Florence, and 40 km from the center of Montalcino. The property is conveniently located near the old farmhouse "Staffolino," which is only 3 km away, and offers guests a restaurant to enjoy.
The vacation rental also features a shared swimming pool, which is 7 x 14 meters in size and has a depth of 100 - 150 cm. The pool is available seasonally from May 31st to September 27th. Additionally, guests have access to garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining. Inside the farmhouse, central heating is available for guests, but only from November 1st to April 15th.
Access to the property is via a 1 km unmade road suitable for motor vehicles. Parking is available on the premises. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, and freezer. The dining table is conveniently located in the kitchen/living room area, and you can easily access the garden from here.
The house features two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, bidet, and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms include fans to keep you cool and comfortable during the warmer months.
Outside, there's a spacious lawn and a lovely terrace with comfortable furniture and a sitting area. Guests can enjoy the beautiful surroundings while sipping on their morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.
