Summary: The property itself was beautifully appointed. The booking process was dreadful. On booking I was sent a link to add in details which gave an error message. I wrote to them three times to advise and got no response. Details about the address and how to get into the property are only sent 2 hours beforehand. Even then I had to ring them to say I hadn't received the code. When I finally got through to them I was advised that my deposit hadn't worked. (This could have been fixed days beforehand.) They then sent through a link to a web site that didn't have proper information about getting into the property. Focus was on check out. They tell you to go to the back garage. The boxes for the keys are at the front. So we had to drive down a narrow driveway and park in a space with no turning room and a big pole taking up the turning point. My car got damaged. I ended up parking out the front all night risking a fine. The code they provided didn't work we had to get it resent. The garage keys were actually left in the kitchen because one of the key boxes couldn't be opened at all. They didn't say the property was split level in places. (Mobility Issues) They sent an email at 9.am next morning to see if we got in ok. (too late for a one night stay.) Focus was on getting fined for not doing everything on the extensive check out list. I had to email to advise as I hadn't received the proper check out link. Again no response. So Lovely but Disappointing.
