-This rental is a perfect getaway for a small family of 3 or a family of 4 with small children.
-Great new open floorplan which incorporates the Beachy feel.
-Renovated and has a step-in shower and marble glass tile.
-Including throughout 22-inch Italian tile.
-Is a great studio space with small but private outdoor seating area.
-Lots of great Beach accents and vibrant welcoming feel.
-Updated furnishings with the charm of the Beach.
-Queen bed for sleeping and a small couch that turns into a double bed if needed.
-Beach Chairs, and Beach Equipment are provided as a courtesy.
-Outside private gated deck/patio with a charcoal grill.
-Outside shower as well to rinse off after the beach.

-Lots of lush landscape and palms trees surround this Beach property.

-For your safety, it has been disinfected and carefully cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. Sanitizer and contact-less self-check-in in provided.
-We accept pets with a $85.00 Pet Fee Per Pet. Pets must abide by the rules specified in the rental agreement.
We really strive to keep your vacation a memorable one with lots of extra amenities and help along the way! So do not hesitate to call me.
After a long Beach day, you can use the outside shower to help you cool off before entering the Cozy Bungalow.
You can eat a great meal inside in the full amenity kitchen or make a great meal cooking outside on one of the shared patios with a grille. Or at your own small private patio which is equipped with a charcoal grille.
If you do not feel like cooking, there are amazing restaurants within walking distance. We are lucky, too we have a local market/deli up the road called Shaner’s Market where you can purchase wild-caught fish, marinated meats like steaks, fish, pork, and chicken. Don’t forget the veggies! It's a great place to help you find those last-minute items for a great meal!
Other Amenities nearby include shelling, boat rentals, watersports, fishing, nearby golf and tennis. You will be minutes from shopping, Museums, entertainment and nightlife for that memorable Beach Vacation.
