The newly renovated Silver Leaf cottage offers you a central location to relax or make the most of your Margaret River escape.The ideal location is ashort stroll to town for your morning breakfast or gourmet dinner! Well-appointed with everything you will need for a short stay or to spend extra time to explore everything the Region has to offer.
The house comprises of three bedrooms, one bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen, dining room and open plan living area with splitsystemair conditioner and wood fireplace. The kitchen is very well stocked for those who love to cook. Featuring a fridge/ freezer, hotplate, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more. There is also an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor setting to enjoy the gardenwith a cup of tea or glass of Margaret River wine as you soak up the sunset and listen to the birdlife. Wifi is included with your stay.
