Lakin’ it Easy sits in the ideal location on the highly sought after upper arm of the Colorado river on Lake LBJ in the middle of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Large boulders just upriver from this house limit boating traffic so the water is ideal for swimming, fishing, floating, kayaking & paddle boarding. Also, be sure to take advantage of this constant level lake for awesome boating and water sports.
***The house sleeps 8 in beds. The barndominium across the street sleeps 6 in beds.

Summary: We had a family getaway for 15 people ranging in age from 2 to 86! Every detail was well thought out by the owner, and we couldn't have had a better, more relaxing place to have our retreat! Each bed was exquisitely comfortable, bathrooms were well-appointed, and the kitchen and patio with grills had everything we needed! The back porch was a paradise that looked out over a lush green lawn covered with gigantic oak trees for tons of shade! And the large dock was great for the kids jumping into the water and adults floating the river all day! I would HIGHLY recommend this property, and we hope to go back same time next year for a new annual tradition!
