5 Bedroom House in Regional District of Nanaimo, Nanaimo

5 bedroom house built in 2019. All new furnishings, multiple tvs, fully stocked with dishes/cooking utensils needed for the perfect stay! Seperate suite with tenant downstairs. We also have chickens on the property! Close to town but still with nature! Lots of swimming spots (all spots 5-10 min drive from the house on river road). Hiking and mountain biking trails right out your door perfect house for families! 15 min from bc ferry. Had a complaint about the water quality, has been fixed FYI

Newer house! 10 min from downtown Nanaimo, perfect for groups doing outdoor activities, biking, hiking, fishing kayaking all types of out door activities all year round! Tenant living in separate suite downstairs. Chickens & garden on the property.

Full upstairs with balcony & BBQ, downstairs 4th & 5th bedroom and laundry room. Driveway is included with your stay. (Garage not included) laundry room can be used as a mud room to store your bikes etc.

Summary: The house itself is beautiful and exactly as the photos show except the lack of a dishwasher, that made clean up more difficult with so many of us. The property definitely lacks privacy as there are other people besides the tenant in the home that live there and the photos are deceiving , the driveway is not all yours for multiple vehicles and with the photos of the river I assumed it was connected or at least visible from the property
