It's time to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains! Our newly-renovated condo is located in the convenient Laurelwood Subdivision and is right across from the Market Deli and Grocer, where you can get made-to-order sandwiches and salads or any necessities for preparing meals. We are a 2 minute walk to the slopes and the Mountain Inn, which features the Edge restaurant as well as the Upper Crust pizzeria and Coffee Shop. Down the mountain along lively Route 151 are numerous wineries, breweries, cideries, shops, and restaurants. Out front of our condo we've installed a motion-sensitive floodlight and security camera, and your rental is protected by an electronic keyless entry lock and deadbolt. Once inside, you'll love our premium furnishings, like HD Smart TVs with Netflix and Prime, high-speed Wifi including a dedicated workspace, and a wood-burning fireplace complete with logs and kindling. The fully-stocked kitchen features all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, air fryer, crockpot, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker, as well as quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with barstools, and a Bumbo floor seat and tray for a baby or small toddler. The full-size washer and stacked dryer are located in the pantry with detergent and dryer sheets. There you will also find paper towels and trashbags, spices, extra batteries, and fire extinguishers. Off the kitchen is the deck and outdoor dining area with a view of our community pool. In the living area, relax in the leather reclining sofa or loveseat, or visit the Bonus Room for some fun with the Xbox One or any of our numerous boardgames. There's also a Lego Cave closet with kid cushions for the little ones. The entire condo is climate controlled with Central Air and Heating. The downstairs sleeps 6, with 1 Queen bed and 2 bunkbeds with premium linens in the 1st bedroom, complete with a 50" Amazon HD Smart TV and bedside charging station, as well as 2 Twin beds in the Bonus Room with a tower fan and space heater. Down the hall on the 1st floor is a Full bathroom, complete with premium toiletries, towels, and hair dryer. In the coat closet you'll find an ironing board and iron, a clothing steamer, a vacuum cleaner, and access to cut the water on and off upon arrival and departure. The loft bedroom upstairs includes a new plush King posturepedic mattress with premium linens and bedside charging stations, ceiling fan, rocker with port-a-crib, and a workstation featuring an ergonomic desk chair. The Full bathroom upstairs also includes towels, premium toiletries, and vanity mirror with hair dryer. Both bedrooms include closet space with extra pillows. Outdoor storage is available for securing your skis, boots, and snowboards. A private, heated community pool is available to all guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day. ABSOLUTELY no pets allowed please.

Summary: We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, easy to access. Little touches like a basket of coffees, teas, and candies and baskets of toiletries were very nice. The hosts were responsive and were quick to suggest local sites and restaurants. Great hiking trails close to the unit.
