This Key West-styled house is 300 steps to the beach with a dedicated beach access walkway where you can enjoy beautiful sugar sand beaches and stunning sunsets.
Choose between the elevator or the marble staircase to enter the main living area. This home has an open floorplan with beautiful travertine flooring throughout for durability and character. The open kitchen has custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a breakfast bar, and a walk-in pantry. The dining room has access to a balcony overlooking the backyard. The family room front balcony overlooks the greenbelt, where you can watch the sunset. The master bedroom has a walk-in California closet, a built-in desk, master bath with jetted tub, walk-in marble tiled shower and two granite vanities. The other additional bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Elevator access in the garage for ease of use for loading groceries from the car to the second floor. Enjoy your fenced-in backyard with fruit trees, palms, and other tropical plants. The outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off the sand from the beach. A separate area for grilling and a paver area adjoins to the main lanai to maximize entertaining or just relax and enjoy the outside.
Short-term rentals for less than 6 months require a 13% tax and $350 sanitization/cleaning fee. Trash, water, sewer, and internet are included for all rentals. Refundable security deposit.
