Brand new first floor studio suite with private entrance. This suite is attached to our personal home and has a separate entrance. It features a King bed with new mattress, private shower and laundry. Great for business travelers, golfers or short term snowbirds . The kitchenette features Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator (no freezer) and disposal. Work area includes WiFi, desk chair, desk lamp and 60 inch wide work surface with plenty of daylight. You have your own private laundry in the unit and a walk-in closet. Access to community pool, park and amenities is included. Guests may use back patio and BBQ and outdoor fireplace. UNFORTUNATELY THE COMMUNITY POOL ACCESS IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING DUE TO COVID.
