LISTING DESCRIPTION:
This spotless newly renovated 3BR/2BA home features a large private fenced in backyard/patio, firepit, propane grill and two chaise lounge chairs all with a tropical vibe! We are very centrally located and minutes to several of Florida top beaches: Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, Redington, Indian Rocks Beach, St. Pete Beach & Clearwater Beach. Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Gulfport are all a short drive. Come experience all the beauty this area has to offer!
ABOUT THIS SPACE:
This home is new everything - all new on the inside, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture, new beds, new appliances, new backyard, new landscape, new paver patio, new firepit, new grill, new fence...the list goes on.
Our home can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. We provide paid access to Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+ and Paramount+. The master bedroom features a King size mattress with a 50" Smart TV along with a Roku. The master also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in stand-up shower. One guest bedroom has a King size mattress and the other has a Queen size mattress and both have Smart TV's. The second bathroom is a shower/tub combo. The living room features a very comfortable couch and a 65" Smart TV along with a Roku. We offer fast internet, so this is a perfect place to work remotely. We also personally deep clean our home in between guests so you can rest assured knowing that you will be staying in a very clean and cozy home.
Our kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. We have a large fully fenced-in, private outdoor patio/backyard with a patio table that has seating for 7-8. There is also an outdoor fire pit, propane grill, 2 chaise lounge chairs, and a hammock if you want to relax or get your tan on. Our garage has a washer and dryer available plus plenty of storage space. Bring your e-bikes and ride them to the Pinellas Trail, to beautiful nature/exercise trials nearby, or to the beach!
PLEASE NOTE: We have a very large beautiful tree on the property and there are large roots throughout parts of the yard (they are not in common gathering areas). Please also be mindful when walking around the front and back yard. We are not responsible for any injuries due to tree roots around the property. As long as you are mindful, you will not have an issue.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- The house has a four-car driveway. Please park in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage or on the grass. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property.
- Beach items are provided (2 chairs, 1 beach towel per person, 1 beach umbrella and 2 small coolers).
- Pack and play, a Graco Convertible high chair, and a stand-alone high chair are provided. We do have a 2nd pack and play available upon request.
- This is a pet friendly home, but please only bring well-behaved, potty-trained pets. Please bring a crate if you plan to leave your pet unattended. The pet fee is $99 per pet, per stay. 2 pets, 30lbs. max pet pet. Our insurance does have breed restrictions, so please let us know the breed and size of your pet(s). Due to severe allergies, CATS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON A PRE-APPROVAL BASIS. If pets are brought without approval or are above the 30lb. maximum, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
- For stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee will be accessed should a deep clean be required after your check-out. For stays longer than 14 days, a deep clean will be required (+$100 cleaning fee).
- Photo ID matching guest name and signed rental agreement required for all bookings.
