The home has its own laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. A covered patio with your own fenced yard for relaxing with a book, tablet or your pets. Wi-Fi included and cable streaming TV on two flat screen TVs. All the conveniences of home with fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker and blender in addition to pots, pans, bakeware, utinsels, dishes, etc. Comfortable queen bed in bedroom with lots of closet space and dresser. Plus a queen size sleeper sofa in livingroom in case you bring children or guests. Recliner and large comfy chair also for added comfort and entertaining. Dining table seats four. Patio table seats two. Towels and linens are included to make your packing for vacation easier.

Summary: Cottage was clean and made great use of a small space. Had everything we needed. Used is small but neat and completely fenced in. Nice neighborhood and good area to walk dogs. We were visiting state parks and this location was convenient without being in a crowded commercialized area. Would stay here again.
