Relax in comfort with plenty of open space, an 86" tv, full kitchen, breakfast and dining areas. The outdoor patio has a grill and it's a great retreat from the afternoon sun. The king bedroom has an attached bath, TV, and private patio - the queen bedroom has a built-in office/desk area - both have black-out shades. Each bathroom is designed comfort height with spacious showers - laundry room has full-size machines. Enjoy central heat/cool and insulated windows that keep the interior quiet and comfortable. Has NuvoH2O whole-house water filtration & garage parking. In addition to tennis/pickleball courts, there are 3 pools and spas to choose from that are heated throughout the winter with gorgeous mountain views.
