The architecture of this stately and majestic Williamsburg property evokes the rich historical heritage for which the area is known.
This large two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodates six guests with a King size bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each suite features a primary bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. Each condo has a kitchen with a full refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove-top, and coffee maker (Note some units have only a dual burner stove top, while others have a full stove and oven). Most needed cookware and dinnerware service for up to six is included in each suite.
Onsite you’ll also find a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, a spa, children's playground, game room, fitness center, volleyball, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, barbecue grills, and picnic tables.
Washers/Dryers are available and are placed between every 2 units (2 units share washer and dryer in each building).
Located minutes from the historical sites of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement, Yorktown Battlefield and Yorktown Victory center. Also nearby are two award-winning theme parks - Busch Gardens Europe and Water Country USA.
*There is a $30.00 Resort Fee collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes Wi-Fi, access to the fitness center, business center & DVD library, coffee or tea in the clubhouse, and use of in-room safe. A picture ID, a valid major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or cash for a $100 security deposit. Security deposits are released on your check-out day. Please have your final confirmation email handy for check-in. Please note that should you use a debit (check) card for your deposit, a hold of $100 will be placed against your checking account and you will not have access to those funds until your bank releases the hold, which may take up to 14 business days.

Unit towel or linen exchange may also be arranged for a fee. Please contact the front desk directly if you would like this service. A $75.00 fine is applicable for units left excessively unclean.
