-trash days are on tuesdays so guests are urged to put trash bins at the right side (end) of driveway on mondays or monday evenings. -avoid opening and closing windows, most are broken in the home. -Wi-Fi is in the listing and on the router in the left bedroom -be careful not to disrupt or tamper with the Wi-Fi cables (Verizon fee is $150 for service calls) -remember to turn off the gas stove fully and/or oven when exiting the unit or kitchen -keep kids away from the kitchen sink as there is a garbage disposal installed -quiet hours are after 11 pm -no laundry usage after 10 pm do not to leave food exposed for long periods of time in the sink or kitchen area or on the kitchen shelves; since the unit is ground floor, it's a haven for drain ants - so friendly suggestion to trash all food appropriately in the trash bin next to the refrigerator or preferably in the outdoor trash bins -do not open any windows (some of them are broken); AVOID opening/closing any windows in the bedroom or the living room -no smoking indoors -please do not park more than two cars on the driveway
