Two living / sitting rooms, kitchen, dining area, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms plus shower in the garage for after the beach, and outdoor decks on two levels.
Reverse living - kitchen, living room and master bedroom are on the top floor. Three bedrooms and a second sitting room are on the first floor.
House is right next to the walkway to the lifeguarded beach at 20th Street - quick and easy access.
Plenty of off-street parking on the property.
With an easy walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors, mini-golf, coffee, bakery, pizza, deli, grocery, sports bar and more, you are sure to have a memorable Jersey shore vacation.
Weekly rentals during July and August (Saturday to Saturday). Shorter stays available in the off season.
Non-smoking home. No pets permitted. No weddings, events or large parties.
