Welcome to Downtown Chic! Rate for first renters of this condo is 200.00 a night plus cleaning fee.
Built in 2019, this beautifully furnished condominium is in the upscale St. Baristo Villas complex located in the historic Tennis Club neighborhood of Palm Springs. Walk to downtown P.S Arenas Street, the Palm Springs Art Museum and the Village Fest street fair every Thursday night. Nearby is the Agua Caliente Casino, the mineral hot springs at The Spa at Séc-he and many of Palm Springs best restaurants including Spencers, the Farm, Sherman’s Deli, the Pig and Rooster etc. This safe, gated complex includes use of a heated spa and pool during the cooler months as well as a community lounge and entertainment area with a fireplace.
The second story condo is in a three story structure with both stairs and a private elevator to its first level. A bright, spacious great room includes a formal dining area for six and a balcony with a BBQ grill and excellent mountain views as well as a designated work space for your laptop. A roomy, well equipped cook’s kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances, quartz counter tops and tiled flooring as well as a breakfast area for four.
The first bedroom on the lower level has a king bed, carpeting and French doors to mountain views and a beautifully appointed en suite bath. The spacious second bedroom is a flight of steps up to the third story with a magnificent west-facing view of the San Jacinto Mountains. This bedroom also features carpeting, French doors and a deluxe en suite bath and a queen bed. Hot water is from a tankless heater and is filtered through a water softener.
The beautifully landscaped entry is through a private gate on Calle La Soledad and the enclosed garage fits two cars. We will consider one larger or two well behaved, house broken and flea free smaller dogs. Sorry to say that we cannot accept cats.
