Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom home located in the peaceful town of Kenneth City. Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfy sofa, and flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds to ensure a good night's sleep and TV's. The backyard is a perfect spot to relax and soak up the Florida sun. It features a patio with comfortable outdoor seating and a grill for cooking up delicious meals. We provide free WI-FI and parking.
The space:
We also have a screened porch where you can enjoy playing ping pong and dart with your family and friends. There is no garage.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags

• Please take the trash out before you leave.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $110.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains (Claim will be made)
• Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• There is no garage.
• There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 14 days or more.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $110.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
