This home features 4 incredible bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space for the whole family. Close to everything you need; only a few minutes to shops, cafes, restaurants, parks, spectacular beaches only a short walk or drive away.
The Space:
Kitchen/Dining - Open plan kitchen and dining, fully equipped with modern appliances. Full size fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove. Full supply of serving utensils and cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans. Basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper etc. all provided.
Living - Both levels have living areas with plenty of room for the family to spread out with a sound system, perfect for movie nights!
Board games and children's books available to use. PING PONG TABLE!
Air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans are featured throughout the home.
Four spacious bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. You will love the abundance of natural light and beautiful breezes throughout this entire home.

We use hotel quality linen through a professional laundering service, all bedding, bath towels/mats, tea towels etc. are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
Outdoors - Private and secluded patio/backyard with outdoor furniture and seating. BBQ.

Entire property available for guest use. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self-check in.

Located in a prime position walking distance to a local shops and cafes, and a few minutes' drive to surf beaches and shopping centres, local restaurants and more! There’s public transport available if needed - Buses, Ubers, taxis. Bikes and scooters are available for your group to get out and explore!

Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
Please be advised that there are current earthworks at the back and right of this properties boundaries. For your safety please stay clear and keep children away from these areas.

Summary: Great location. Beach across the road, close to Kawana shops, great footpath for walking with the kids. The table tennis was a big hit with the grand kids. House is amazing. Host has thought of everything. Lovely space for family. Communication and check in was easy. Would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.
