Thank you for checking out our fabulous condo. Set in a modern 12 building condo development just minutes from Bonita Beach road and world famous SW Florida beaches including Barefoot Beach. Our unit is a beautifully decorated spacious and immaculate 2 bed / 2 bath second floor condo that features an open floor plan, fully-equipped kitchen, washer / dryer, and two parking spaces. Enjoy casual dining either inside or on the screened-in lanai style porch overlooking the manicured landscape and pool. This unit has 1229 sq. ft. of interior space and 1329 sq. ft. including the screened-in porch.
The vaulted living room offers plenty of couch space, a large screen smart TV with cable, and a breezy ceiling fan. The updated kitchen offers everything you'll need to prepare meals. Just off the kitchen, and adjacent to the patio, is an inviting and bright dining alcove with seating for four. Also, just off of the kitchen you'll find a well equipped laundry room with modern appliances. The screened-in porch is a great place to take in the sunset, read a book, or dine.
The large master suite features a king-size bed, plenty of closet space, an en-suite full bath, and patio access. The spacious second bedroom features twin beds that can be combined into a single bed, a sitting area, plenty of storage space, a ceiling fan, and access to the second bathroom. An additional blow-up mattress is included in the unit which is why our listing will accommodate 5.
Furniture throughout the condo is tasteful and fun. Want to sleep in? All windows feature both blinds and curtains. Kitchenware, linens, and towels are all provided.
Parking for two cars is directly outside of the unit. The entrance to the unit is up a flight of covered and lit outdoor stairs. The pool area - just a short walk from the unit - boasts a pool, a jacuzzi-style hot tub, a pool house with bathrooms, seating, and ping-pong.
This unit is in a well-cared-for, well-built (with all concrete construction) Collier County Condo Community with great access to beaches, shopping, restaurants, sports, tennis, golf, and nature. Bonita Beach Rd. is a few hundred yards away, and from there a short drive or bike ride West takes you to the beach, or a short drive East takes you to the main North / South road: South Tamiami Trail. Bonita Springs is of course ideally situated between Naples Beach and Fort Myers Beach, both of which are a short-drive away.
