3 Bedroom House in Narragansett

This lovely spacious cape is just 1 block from beautiful Scarborough State beach with ocean views. 3 bdrms/2 full baths, sleeps 10. We provide beach items, such as, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach cart and beach toys in the shed behind the house. Also there is an enclosed outdoor shower. The 1st floor has living and kitchen open to each other with a separate room for dining. There is a full bath and a bdrm on this level with a Queen bed. There is an extra queen bed in the 2nd floor King bdrm that has a deck and a reading area. Also on the 2nd floor there is a full bath as well as another bedroom with a Queen bed and 2 twins.
The full basement has a nice pool table (see photo) and a TV for hanging out. There are several restaurants walking distance from the house. The beach is 1 mile long from end to end. Black Pt hiking area is at the north end of the beach, it's a great place to explore, walk on trails with your pets and take in the salty air and sun! There are many popular and outstanding restaurants nearby, as well as shopping, coffee shops such as Dunkin Donuts, Adventureland where they have bumper boats, batting cages, merry-go-round, mini-golf and much more! Bowling and luxury movie theater within 5 miles. Block Island Ferry boats within a few miles. Take the fast ferry for a 30 min ride or the larger ferry for 1 hour ride to Block Island. Go kayaking or paddleboarding at Narrow River Kayaks just over 4 miles from the house.
