The style is bright and modern, but the setting of this Gruene condo is classic Americana! It's the best of both worlds, offering easy walking access to one of the most picturesque historic districts in all of Texas Hill Country.
This comfortable two-story condo sits just across the Guadalupe River from the heart of small-town Gruene, just a half-mile stroll from Gruene Hall (the oldest dance hall in Texas), the 1920s Gruene General Store, and several atmospheric shops and restaurants. It's a place to spend your days antiquing, wine-tasting, and fly fishing on the river, not to mention taking in some of the best live music in Texas.
Begin each morning with coffee on the balcony, an alfresco breakfast on the incredible main-level deck, and a gorgeous view looking out across live oaks. After a day of exploring, you can take in the same view from a centrally air-conditioned living space that's polished from top to bottom. The centerpiece is an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, chevron backsplash, and chic countertops with bar seating. Sit down for family dinners at the dining room table, and then grab a couple extra blankets and pile on the soft sectional for movies on the smart TV afterward.
In the evenings, you'll find the primary suite - with its own balcony, smart TV, walk-in closet, and bathroom - and two guest rooms upstairs. There's a second primary suite with a smart TV on the main floor.
