Welcome to Pinckney Place, a small townhome community strategically located adjacent to the Historic Hampton Pinckney District. Enjoy downtown living less than one mile from Main Street Greenville. It's the perfect spot to stay to experience everything Greenville has to offer; Falls Park, Unity Park, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, shopping, restaurants and more! This townhome is also convenient to many Upstate colleges such as Furman and Clemson, Asheville and the mountains of Western North Carolina, several lakes, rivers, and scenic mountains.
This townhome offers just under 2,100 square feet, 3 bedrooms with each one having it's own private ensuite full bathroom and walk-in closet, perfect for a family or 3 couples. An extra half bath is located on the main living area (2nd floor).
In addition, this townhome has a private workspace in one of the bedrooms and is equipped with 1GB fiber wifi internet service, perfect for remote employees and working away from home.
The main living area (2nd floor) is open with a large granite island, a 5 burner gas range with a griddle attachment, hardwood floors and lots of windows. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked. There is a dedicated dining area with table that seats 6 and the kitchen island provides additional seating for 4 to accommodate groups.
The first floor (ground level), offers the first guest room. The 3rd floor offers the second guest room, as well as the primary suite, and also houses the laundry closet.
There are 4 flat screen TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the den. All of the TV's are Smart TV's with HDMI inputs for your streaming devices (streaming devices not provided).
