Brand new construction extra wide townhouse at 240 22nd Avalon, NJ. One of the most unique opportunities to hit rental market on Avalon’s Seven Mile Island, sits this massively oversized 5 bedroom, 5 full bathroom and 2 powder room townhome, walking distance to everything in town and just 3 blocks to the beach. The is the ONLY new construction rental in Avalon/Stone Harbor NJ that is PET FRIENDY. Due to the size of the lot, which measures 80Ft wide by 110Ft deep, this town home consists of 2,870 Sq Ft of living space, which is almost 950Sq Ft larger than most town homes in Avalon and feels as wide as a single family home. Storage space is not an issue, as the entire grade level will allow for plenty of bikes, beach and pool gear. The primary bedroom is found on the third floor, with a large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and private deck off the back. The 5th bedroom is found towards the front of the third floor, with ensuite bathroom. A large hall closet and second set of washer and dryer finish off this level. Wide plank hardwood flooring and an incredible trim package will run throughout the entire home. Since most townhome back yards are typically 25Ft or 30Ft wide, you will immediately notice the benefit of this oversized lot, which gives you 40Ft of width, allowing for private pool and open cabana. lush landscaping and privacy trees outlining the rear property makes for enjoyable backyard pool gatherings day or night.

Summary: We rented Kevin’s property for my bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Every room had its own on-suite bathroom, which really made a difference having 10 women staying there. The house was very clean, and aesthetically, very well designed. It was just a short walk from the Princeton, Fred’s liquor store, Avalon Freeze, and several of Avalon’s best restaurants. Kevin was also extremely responsive and a great host. I am so glad we chose his house, and I will always remember our weekend there fondly!
