Charming family house in great calm for 6 to 7 people with large veranda overlooking a landscaped enclosed garden of 900m2 and heated swimming pool from early May to late September.
Ideal location for doing everything on foot or by bike: market every morning and numerous shops and restaurants 5 minutes' walk away, supervised beach, sailing school and marina 400m away, cycle paths.
Entrance, living room (TV, stereo), dining room, open fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, baby bed, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 separate toilet.
Veranda, large terrace of more than 60m2, heated swimming pool secured by nets, weekly maintenance contract by a pool engineer, mature garden, parking for 4 cars inside the property.
All the rooms on the ground floor have a French window overlooking the garden.
