It is a gated community in which most people ride around in golf carts. The living room and family room have comfortable queen sofa beds and there is a bedroom with hallway bathroom and a half bathroom in the living room. Full kitchen with Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove, microwave and there is a stack washer/dryer in the bedroom. There is drop stair access for attic storage and a storage room.
Nettles Island consists of several amenities such as pickle ball, tennis, basketball, children's mini golf, Intracoastal Pool and Oceanfront pool with beach access across the street. Shuckers Oceanfront Restaurant is also across the street. The home is rented from November 2024 through March 2025. The rental includes a 24 volt electric golf cart. Tenant must sign a golf cart liability waiver. 48V Golf card is included.

Summary: We had a great weekend with our 11 yr old son. Use of the golf cart was very helpful! It was nice to stay in a place that is all ages. The onsite restaurant, Sauder's, had the best ribeye ever! The pool area next to the beach was very convenient. Everyone was very friendly on the island including the pool and guardhouse attendants. Parking space was large enough for my truck. We'll be back!
