Summary: Overall the place was clean and tidy, parts of it seemed recently remodeled. There were 5 cameras around the outside, and two of them had flood lights set to motion sensors, that went on and off all night long. This illuminated both bedrooms even with the curtains closed. The livinng/dining room area also featured motion sensor lights that you cannot turn off. These were super bright LED pocket lights, and quite harsh on the eyes at night. The thermostat was a nest smart thermostat, and we were unable to change the temperature, each night overnight this would automatically set to 77 degrees! After messaging the host they told me to tap it and it could be adjusted but this was not the case. After contatcing the host about this it was magically (likely remotely) adjusted back to 68 or 69, this happened twice...only and right after contacting the host about a very hot house. My wife, friends and I were not able to get a goods night rest due to the flood lights, and the temperature in the house. amenities were nice, pool was clean, appliances seemed new, coffee was stocked, however there were some exposed wires on the ceiling outside and outlets/switches inside the house. Host was quick to reply but our concerns with the flood lights and the thermostat were never resolved.
