Please note, being so close to downtown Vegas means you will see homeless people in the parking lot encamping. If this will have any issue for you Do not book with us. We can assure that we never had any safety issues.

Summary: Upon pulling up, it was not the most appealing area. Dark and not exactly secure feeling. A ride share driver described it as “elm street”. Then walking in, all we noticed were damages. Holes in the walls, doors broken, (the owner even mentioned the previous person broke a window during their stay). I went to reach for the fan and the entire remote fell off of the wall. The bathrooms and kitchen were actually pretty nice, but I genuinely didn’t feel comfortable leaving my belongings while I was gone. I tried to communicate the issues and all of the damages to the owner, and they didn’t seem too concerned as if that was normal. Neighbors were extremely loud until the late hours of the night. Mornings were fine. Beds weren’t crazy comfortable, and we did check for bedbugs first just in case. Dust and dirt all over the walls. Like I said… it was a place to get some rest (when it wasn’t loud), but I definitely would not stay again.
