Relish the ultimate ski season in this unique Nautical style chalet, conveniently located in at the foot of Craigleith Ski Club in the heart of Georgian Woodlands. Steps to Northwinds Beach, Surf & Turf, Circle K/LCBO and on the Craigleith ski shuttle route. This open concept chalet has all the modern luxuries including sauna and salt water hot tub. This large property is completely private nestled in beauty including a large “tree house” upper deck built around the trees as well as an additional private back deck. Three BBQ’s are available equipped with propane and tools. After a fun day on the slopes, relax in the outdoor hot tub enjoying the snow flakes falling from the trees above. The circular driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles and encompasses a central fire pit surrounded by traditional Muskoka chairs, perfect for family gatherings and apres ski events. A grand staircase welcomes you at the main floor entry inviting you to the fully open concept upper level with expansive ceilings displaying original beams, floors made of beautiful hardwood from B.C incorporates a cozy living with fireplace & T.V dining area with a custom made Harvest table that seats eight, a private two piece hidden washroom as well an expansive Chef’s kitchen specifically designed for entertaining. This brand new kitchen has stainless steel appliances including fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate beverage fridge located in the dining room as well as two additional (condo size) fridges in the garage. On the main level, you will find four large bedrooms (11 bed) and a three piece bathroom with sauna. In addition to walking distance to Craigleith Ski Club, this beautiful chalet, located in The Blue Mountains, is a five minute drive to Blue Mountain and a ten minute drive to either Collingwood or Thornbury.
