Spend time with family or friends in a large 2200 sq ft home located 250 meters (or 4 minutes) away from the most inspirational beautiful sandy beaches of the Southern Georgian Bay region in Tiny Lafontaine Beach.
Enjoy the beautiful trails, hiking and everything else Tiny, ON has to offer.
The cottage is very spacious. High Speed internet so you can work from Nature's Cottage. The property is 1.5 hours from the GTA, this is a perfect place to get out of the city and enjoy nature.
There is plenty of living space inside and out. With 8 Muskoka Chairs around the newly added granite firepit and comfortable furniture throughout the property. Whether it be listening to the beautiful sounds of nature or seeing beautiful birds this beautiful cottage will always have something new for you to see. Hammocks are also available for the guests that like to lounge around.
The property is pet friendly as well and pets are permitted with prior approval and a small fee to help cover additional costs.
There is also a 50" and a 55" Smart TV on the property so you are welcome to log in to your Netflix or Disney + account and many more free internet channels available.
There is plenty of space between the neighbours and a lot of privacy. All we ask is to be respectful of the neighbours and not to make excessive noise that will cause a disturbance such as Loud music, backyard gatherings, yelling, shouting, etc... No fireworks on the premise at anytime either.
15 minutes from beautiful Midland, ON and Penetanguishene, ON.
