Positive: Everything was more than great. You can find more than you think you need in the appartment. It is very clean and all is well organised. Even if it has AC, you don't need it because the sun does not shine directly through the windows, which makes the location cooler. Also it is very quiet. You can always find a parking space in front of the building. Bus stops are nearby and also supermarkets. The host was more than thoughtful, kept asking if we had everything we needed. Check-in/out was very easy. You have a 30 min walk to the beach or a 10-15 minute drive.
