Located in the popular area of Riad Laarouss, in the center of Marrakech, Riad Lina is a beautiful property with a large patio of 100mq, it can accommodate 8 person.
Restored in the late 1980s under the supervision of architect Quentin Wibiaux, and by the current owners, the style remember the Andalusian architectures, with design furniture and tasty details.
The pearl of the property is the patio, very spacious, with a fountain in the center and palm trees, it is surrounded by thee galleries, from where is possible to access to floor lounge, in the winter time is the perfect place for dinners all together there is also the fireplace and an extra lounge. In the second gallery the outside dining room, close to the fully equipped kitchen. Under the third gallery a fantastic bench where to relax, read a book and enjoy the atmosphere, directly connected with a real green setting.
On this level there is also a bedroom, with a double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, and a dressing room.
Moving upstairs, three more bedrooms, the Master suite, it is a Douria, a central space where to receive the guests come to visit the family, a kind of alcova with office station, lounge area with the fireplace and the typical painted wooden ceiling has a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning.
The third bedroom has a direct access to the gallery, with a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and the dressing room.
The last bedroom has two single beds, configurable as a double, en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and the dressing room.
At the second floor a fantastic terrace bedroom, designed in the Berber style, with two single beds. There is also a sunbath area, outdoor shower and a covered lounge area.
The guests will appreciate the domestic staff, the watchman, a cook, a maid, who live attached to Riad Lina, the breakfast included in the price, the wi fi connection, and the safe deposit box.
