Positive: Excellent location, very comfortable and spacious with two bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. Very clean and comfortable, ideal for families but also couples or friend groups. Very close to all the museums, especially Uffizzi Gallery, but also very quiet. Super market was almost next door which was very convenient.
Negative: The shower head needs changing as the water pressure is very low. There is no air conditioning, just air fans. It was absolutely fine for us because it wasn’t hot in Florence when we visited, but could have been a problem for visitors who are not accustomed to heat if going during a heat wave.
Summary: Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, spacious and accommodating.
