Positive: The property was very clean....the bathroom is large and very convenient. Nice queen sized bed for two people.
Negative: We saw two roaches inside while we were there. The futon is not acceptable for two adults...this place cannot sleep four adults. There should be a sofa sleeper instead of the futon...which was very uncomfortable. We did not get logged on to WIFI...the passwords would not work...we tried several times but nothing worked. No trash can except to walk next door.
Summary: The property was convenient for the event we had to attend in Port St. Joe.
