The ground floor level consists of a lock up garage, drying cabinet and large foyer with a separate powder room and large entry way. Level 2 comprises a bedroom with two beds ( king single and single bed ), large laundry room with washer and dryer, a second bedroom which sleeps 2 with a bunk bed and third bedroom which has a queen bed. This level also features the family bathroom and separate toilet. Level 3 features the open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living areas with magnificent views to the Lake and Mountains. The verandah wraps around 3 sides with a protected outdoor sitting area to soak in the panoramic views. The property is superbly appointed with quality furniture and furnishings and a fantastic kitchen which has all the comforts of home including dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, weber bbq and coffee machine. The master suite sits on the top level with a large walk in closet, King size bed and spacious ensuite.
Warm in winter and cool in summer with reverse cycle air conditioning in the master suite and in the open plan living area which also has a gorgeous wood fireplace . The three other bedrooms also have wall mounted heaters for those chilly evenings and early starts in winter.
