This homesleeps 12 people comfortably with two king beds, two queen beds, a full-size bed with a twin-size trundle underneath along with a twin-sized daybed. Summary: My husband and our 5 mostly adult children came for our annual trip to my hometown to visit family. The house was very spacious and each person/couple had their own room. The views of the city and the Catalina Mountains is gorgeous. The house is on the outskirts of town in the Tucson Mountains and so I started every morning by listening to the sounds of coyotes, birds, and owls and watching the sunrise. So the location is stellar, the beds were comfortable, and the house was fairly clean. There were two downsides. 1) the wifi did not work the entirety of our stay. We couldn't watch the smart tv, use our laptops for school/work, get emails, etc 2) The house is very sparse, no extra blankets, only 7 mugs, no pot holders, just very limited supplies... We would definitely stay here again, despite these two issues as the house set up is so spacious and the location so beautiful.
