The cabin boasts year-round mountain views, a brand new hot tub, fire place, ping-pong room & poker room!
The Space:
Enjoy the relaxing year-round mountain views in your very-own private cabin escape with Vast Views! This home can sleep up to 11 guests with enough space to spend quality time together as a large group or break-out into different parts of the home for privacy, peace and quiet.
We've added a brand new hot tub & fire-pit overlooking the vast mountain views you'll absolutely love!
One of the most unique features of the "Vast View Vista" is the custom overlook balcony that can comfortably seat 8 for stargazing at night or soaking in the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning.
You will relish the "poker room" and enjoy endless games of ping pong in the game-room.
Your cabin features two large decks with porch swings overlooking the mountain views. You'll also see a private overlook with stunning views for you to enjoy.
The upstairs features the home's large living room ect. The main living space is only accessible by stairs and is located on the 2nd floor, as well as the dining room and a modern kitchen with a live-edge wooden breakfast bar. All brand-new modern appliances.
The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped with:

Also upstairs is a second bedroom including a double bed & a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom & single bed on top.
As you head downstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms both featuring cozy queen beds.
Also downstairs you'll find a second living area we designed with a Poker Table and second kitchen.
The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped with:

- Large refrigerator w/ Water & Ice Maker
Downstairs you'll find a large full-bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot bathtub / shower perfect for melting away stress & worry.

As you walk right outside the garage you'll find the brand-new hot tub & fire pit with ample seating for all guests.

Guest Access:
To gain entry to the Vast Views Vista we have coded door locks. You will receive the code to the locks two days before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The Vast Views Vista is nestled on the side of a mountain itself featuring true privacy and quiet. As you drive into the home you'll drive a quaint country gravel road up to the vista.
One of the best things about this home is how quickly you can get to all the fun things to do in the Asheville, North Carolina area:
25 minutes to Biltmore Estate & Biltmore Winery.
30 minutes to downtown Asheville.
15 minutes to Lake Junaluska.
10 minutes to Chestnut Mountain Park.
9 minutes to Berm Mountain Biking park.
30 minutes to crabtree bald mountain overlook.

Getting Around:
Driving Directions: once you come to the end of the paved asphalt, at the speed bump, the gravel drive begins (Beaverdam St.) Continue .8 mil. There are 2 marked signs # "1414". At the bend on the gravel, you will see a sizable sign posted on the tree (#1414) The house is located on the right, down the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
WIFI internet is provided. The internet is NOT the fastest but will work for most work activities. Cell phone reception is great as well.
Paved asphalt driveway all the way leading to the home; however, the last little bit is steep. We recommend driving with caution at the top. 4WD is not necessary but is recommended in the winter months.
We are pet friendly; however, we only allow up to 2 pets at the property and there is a fee of $125 per pet. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your fur animal(s). Per our policy, if a pet was noted on the premises without permission at the time of booking, guest will forfeit their refundable security deposit. Please DO NOT use our linens/towels for your animals, nor allow them on the beds/furniture. Bring your own crate and leash and we ask you supervise your pet(s) at all times while outdoors. Thank you for your cooperation as it allows us to continue to provide a pet-friendly retreat for future guests!
Please note that propane is provided for the grill at this property.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
