Positive: The location is great. Easy to get to anything in Santa Fe and a nice neighborhood. Large house with plenty of socializing spaces. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Nice view. Nice outdoor spaces for morning coffee.
Negative: The house is in desperate need of upkeep. The master has several issues: the bed was very uncomfortable, the shower heads are corroded and need to be replaced since they drip constantly, the door does not latch. Throughout the home, there are dog scratches on all the doors, the shower heads in the other bathrooms need replacing and the beds are old. The pipes screech in one of the bathrooms every time the water runs. It needs to be sprayed for bugs - large ones everywhere. The place needs general maintenance and some TLC. It is an expensive home to rent - we paid almost $4k for three nights. The hot tub does not work so should not be advertised. The washer was filthy on the inside. Noticed it when we put a load of towels in as requested.
