The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique property located on ten wooded acres 20 minutes from downtown!
We cultivated the space to be the perfect location for family gatherings and retreats.
This listing includes:
-Two level cabin with two kitchens, 5 queen beds, and 4 twin beds
-Rustic tiny home with a queen bed and kitchenette
-Ten acres to explore
-Large parking area for up to ten cars
-6 person hot tub to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and starry nights from!
Our cabin has:
-Amazing mountain/valley views!
-Two full living areas with smart tv's and seating for 15
-Two fully equipped kitchens for cooking memorable meals with big groups
-Electric and wood burning fire places
-3 gorgeous decks with plenty of seating
- Large wood fired and propane double grill
- Propane fire pits
-A six person hot tub
-All our favorite board games
-Poker table
-Record player and bluetooth sound system
-Six bedrooms each with their own unique views!
This listing also includes a rustic tiny home for guests that might want a little more privacy or woodsy experience!The tiny home is 1979 Great Divide tow-behind, originally made in Colorado and recently converted into a cozy guest house.
The property has magical views both day and night and is home to deer, turkey, fox, squirrels, chipmunks and many species of birds.
We designed the home and remodeled it by hand to be easy to host large groups with all the amenities you need for a time in the mountains you'll never forget!
Other things to note:
-There is parking for ten cars in the parking area. Absolutely no parking on the road is allowed. We encourage carpooling!
-You will need 4wd/awd/snowtires in the winter. Roads are maintained and our driveway gets plowed when it snows more than 6 inches... but we cannot guarantee what time the plow comes. It is typically in the morning though. If there is snow in the forecast it is best to be prepared!
