This beautiful coastal family home is situated in a perfect, central location for you to enjoy Mooloolaba Beach and other stunning Sunshine coast beaches including Maroochydore and Noosa. A short stroll to a beautiful riverside park for family get togethers, there is also a nice family friendly trail through the Mountain Creek Conservation Area Nature Refuge and is a good dog friendly option. There are many local attractions only a short drive away. Whether you visit the famous Australia Zoo, the iconic Aussie World Theme Park or take a short drive to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore beach, there is always something different to do. This large, comfortable home is located close to restaurants, beach bars and walking distance to many world class beaches.
