Sunny open living areas with chef's kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room, bar with ice maker and two bedrooms on the first floor. The en-suite master bedroom and three other well appointed guest rooms and bath complete the second floor. Great outdoor covered porch's both in front and back for relaxing/entertaining and a fabulous outdoor shower! Located on a quiet street with easy access to ocean beaches and harbor area along with golf, pool, and tennis at the Montauk Downs.
