With a fabulous location in the coveted Montañar II area, this is the perfect holiday home for small groups of friends or families. Located over two floors, this terraced house gem can accommodate 5 people and offers three light-filled bedrooms, two contemporary bathrooms (one en suite) and a convenient ground floor bathroom. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and a private underground parking space are just some of the little luxuries that come with the property.
Would we mention the excellent location? A short walk from Arenal, Cala Blanca and the wonderful rocky seafront promenade of Montañar II, guests have many options when it comes to planning an entertaining day or evening.
The relaxing and interconnected spaces are key features of the ground floor of Montañar Mar. Guests can easily move from the lush front and rear terraces to the open-plan living-dining room and adjacent kitchen.
