Avalon is a newer community of 152 modern, coastal themed, carriage homes anchored around a central lake and nearly 6 acres of natural preserves. The unit is the larger Whitehaven floor plan (1,725 sq feet, 2nd level) with three bedrooms (bed 3 is set up as a spacious office, perfect for those who need to combine vacation with some work-from-home) and a generous driveway for off-street parking. The open plan layout of kitchen/dining/great room gives a real feal of spaciousness and two sets of sliding patio doors open out to the large lanai with views towards the lake.
The master bedroom, with a king-bed, opens to an en-suite with shower, double vanities, and a full walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 features a queen bed set and is located close to the family bathroom with shower/tub.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with a double-door fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and full-size pantry.
A utility room contains a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and cabinets for convenient storage.
The screened full-width lanai is accessible via both a double and triple set of sliding doors and contains comfortable chairs and a dining table that can easily seat 6. A few minutes to the south is located the Bayshore arts district, Sugden park for boating and the well renowned Botanical Gardens.
For convenience there are CVS, Publix, and Starbucks within a couple of minutes’ drive. And for longer excursions access to I75 is a couple of miles to the North or East.
